In Summer 2019, I was an editorial intern for Character Media, a platform that features a diverse cross-section of Asians and Asian Americans in entertainment and pop culture.

 

In addition to writing listicles and features, I was also given the opportunity to create branding assets for two of their columns. "The Lookout" is a weekly series that covers the latest AAPI entertainment scoop, and "The Spin" is their monthly, carefully curated playlist featuring AAPI artists.

My last project was an Animated Conversation. I took former editor-in-chief's Serena Kim's hour-long interview with JimmyBoi and illustrated just some of his most compelling stories.
